"I stopped in to pick out a few small cacti to give my patio the beginnings of a desert Southwest character. Staff were very helpful and share tips on how to know when your cactus is happy or not. So many sizes in varieties that if you can't find what you're looking for, it's possible it doesn't exist. Definitely worth a stop even if you just looking around. And if you think you can't keep a cactus alive, they have solutions for your Black Thumb."
Keith Kelley
"Fabulous selection quality and help can't recommend it enough even as a tourist!"
Andrew G
"Amazing place full of unique fountains, pots, and plants not found anywhere else. We shop here often."
Susan Tanko-Manogue
"Desert Foothills Gardens Nursery is a large open nursery along Cave Creek road and just south of Carefree highway. Walking through the boulders and basalt towers is a kind of meditative experience. Nurseries are one of my happy spots. I could just walk through them all day.
"I've bought outdoor plants and shrubs here. I've picked up fun fairy garden items for my kids. I've daydreamed of new landscaping with some of their pottery and fountains. It's a great nursery to browse."
